Miss Jermilia Joseph

Carriacou/Petite Martinique

In the cultural village of Belmont, Carriacou, resides a shining star, Jermilia Joseph. This talented twenty – (20)year old graduated with honors from her Alma Mater Bishop's College and later obtained an Associate Degree in Social Science at T.A. Marryshow Community College in 2011. Jermilia’s career goal is to become a Youth Educational Psychologist.

In February 2012 Jermilia represented her village at the Carriacou Carnival Queen Show, capturing the crown and all individual titles. In April she journeyed to Union Island, to compete at the Miss Easterval Pageant and placed second.

Jermilia is a people person and believes in good morals. She considers herself to be unique and dedicated. Jermilia enjoys participating in community projects such as youth leadership and encourages young people to follow their dreams and believes in themselves regardless of their personal characteristics. Jermilia enjoys reading novels and exploring nature. Her life motto is:- "Live, Learn, Love, Laugh".
