Who the hell is in charge of posting these pics. It's been weeks after carnival and the majority of the pics are still not posted. Whoever is in charge should be dismissed forthwith. Imagine these people are paid a lot of money to drag their feet. Let us clean out that committee before next year's Carnival. Some people think they own this sight and carnival. Mr. Minister of Culture, I want to see you make some serious changes. Don't allow Carnival to deteriorate further.
